Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a permanent position with salary and benefits.We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established non-profit organization providing healthcare services to the geriatric population throughout the Bay Area. The ideal candidate has experience working with older adult patients and is fluent in either Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese.Position Summary:The Nurse Practitioner will support the delivery of comprehensive care by conducting health assessments, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care for patients across outpatient and community-based settings.
