This full-time position offers a high-volume, high-quality practice opportunity with strong infrastructure and support. Position Highlights: Full-time role (1.0 FTE) with approximately 35 patient contact hours per week Based in a modern outpatient facility with on-site X-ray, lab, pharmacy, rehab, wellness center, and physical therapy Primary office in Manitowoc, WI, with a secondary office located 25 minutes away 1 in 5 call rotation Inheriting a mature practice prior surgeon exceeded 80th percentile in MGMA productivity All hip and knee referrals directed to this role Support & Team Structure: Join a comprehensive orthopedic group of 14 providers, including: 4 orthopedic surgeons (specialized in foot/ankle, hand, spine, and shoulder/sports medicine) 1 primary care sports medicine physician 1 physiatrist 1 pain management physician 7 Advanced Practice Providers Supported by 2 experienced PAs who: Run independent clinics to improve clinical throughput Identify surgical candidates Assist with post-operative care Dedicated nursing staff and Joint Camp program for pre- and post-op education and care Orthopedic walk-in clinics available at both locations Ideal Candidate Attributes: Fellowship trained or extensive experience in hip and knee arthroplasty, including revision surgeries Proficient in surgical fracture care, especially for hip and lower extremity fragility fractures Strong work ethic and a team player with a commitment to building a successful, high-volume arthroplasty practice centered on patient quality and outcomes
