As an OBGYN RN, you'll provide specialized nursing care to women throughout all stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and reproductive health procedures. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a patient-focused environment and are passionate about women's health.Key Responsibilities:•Provide direct care to patients in prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages•Assist with labor and delivery, including monitoring fetal heart tones and supporting pain management techniques•Support gynecologic procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and fertility treatments•Educate patients on prenatal care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery•Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document care in the EMR (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)•Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and maternal care teams to ensure safe outcomesQualifications:•Active RN license (compact or state-specific)•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in OB, L&D, or women's health nursing•BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred•Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills•Experience in high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric care is a plusAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
