We offer primary care and mental health services to a diverse patient population, including Medicare and Medicaid recipients, through innovative care models including house calls, clinic visits, and telehealth.Position Summary:We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with behavioral health technicians and support staff. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Nevada and passionate about mental health advocacy and community-based care.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth or in personDiagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plansPrescribe and manage psychiatric medicationsCollaborate with supervising physicians and behavioral health technicians (QBAs)Supervise and review documentation of neurofeedback sessions, as applicableComplete timely documentation in the EHR systemParticipate in team meetings and training sessions RequirementsQualifications:Active Nevada APRN license with a psychiatric/mental health certification (PMHNP)DEA license with schedule II-V prescribing authorityMedicaid and Medicare credentialed (or willingness to enroll)Experience in psychiatric diagnosis and medication managementComfortable working independently and supervising techniciansStrong communication and documentation skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredCompensation:Competitive hourly or per-visit rateFlexible schedulingOpportunities for leadership and program developmentFull support from billing, credentialing, and administrative teams
