This opportunity is ideal for candidates with technical certifications or apprenticeship experience in areas such as CNC, robotics, tooling, wire EDM, quality assurance, facilities maintenance, or electrical/mechanical systems.Job Duties:Provide technician support in Robotics, CNC, Tooling, Wire EDM, Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Machine Operations, Tool & Die or Quality Assurance.Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in compliance with safety requirements.Complete job safety checklists and ensure equipment and building safety or part quality.Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns to reduce downtime.Report and act on quality issues, including equipment shutdowns as necessary.Perform building maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting).Suggest improvements to processes and equipment inefficiencies.Complete additional tasks and assignments as aligned with training.Qualifications:High school diploma preferred; certifications/licensing may be required by area.Completion of required training or coursework.Applies to apprenticeship-required areas; work typically supervised.Performs routine to moderately complex tasks with general supervision.Manages complex tasks with minimal supervision; mentors junior staff.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
