This position offers a structured schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role is essential in providing high-quality therapeutic care in a dynamic outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs in an outpatient environment.- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.- Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for patient records using appropriate electronic health record systems.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Provide patient education on treatment plans and self-management strategies for optimal recovery. Position Requirements: - Must possess relevant state licensure and necessary certifications to practice as a Physical Therapist.- Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, particularly with a varied patient demographic, including young adults to geriatrics.- Ability to potentially float between inpatient and outpatient settings as needed.
