Key Responsibilities:
- Perform set-ups and adjustments on benders and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure quality standards are met using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Assist with minor repairs and equipment troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and work teams.
- Support general plant operations as needed, especially during manpower shortages.
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to read blueprints and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Must have own set of tools.
- Capable of working in physically demanding environments (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Comfortable working in typical manufacturing conditions (exposure to heat, noise, dust, etc.).

- Fridays: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Training may be extended on 1st shift for a month or transition to their assigned shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and a backup plan for any potential issues like car troubles, flat tires, etc. We expect no attendance issues during orientation and training.
- Candidates will be interviewed at Forvia. If selected, orientation will start on Friday .
- 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 11PM): 2 positions
- 3rd Shift (11:00PM - 7AM): 2 positions
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
- Own set of tools.
- English proficient.
