Accounts Receivable ClerkPay Rate: $1.50/hourHours: Third Shift 11pm - 7amLocation: Twinsburg, OHSummary: The Extrusion Technician efficiently sets up and starts extrusion lines andsecondary processing equipment, ensuring seamless communication withquality staff to address production line issues. They play a key role intraining new personnel on equipment and processes and are responsiblefor maintaining equipment cleanliness and optimal functionality forproduction needs. The technician performs various duties as required tomeet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the set-up and start-up of extrusion lines for production orders per applicable work instructions and procedures.Set-up and start-up of secondary processing equipment per applicable work instructions and procedures.Provides process support to production operators and secondary support associates.Participates as a team member or champion of improvement projectsCommunicates and works directly with quality staff to identify, address, and resolve issues on the production line.Trains and assists in the training of new employees, operators and leads on extrusion equipment and processes.Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and tooling is clean and maintained for production use.Perform other duties as required due to business needsKey Requirements:The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to leads, Quality, Engineering, and other employees.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent and to interpret bar graphs.Ability to problem-solve, separating issues, identifying root cause and implementing effective countermeasures.Basic understanding of keyboard, monitor and hard drive, Microsoft Office Software, Excel and PowerPoint.Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
