Ideal candidates will have previous Brake Press experience and have a strong attention to detail LOCATION: Monroe, WA Pay: $24 - $30 DOE SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday 5am - 330pm BENEFITS OFFERED: o Paid Weekly o Direct Deposit o Paid Training o Paid Sick Leave o Affordable Healthcare Plan o Full-Time Job Duties/Responsibilities: •Operate Brake Press and Roll Forming machines according to job specifications and safety guidelines. •Interpret job instructions to identify correct tools and programs needed for each project. •Inspect finished products for quality assurance. •Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed. •Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines are met. Qualifications: •Proven experience as a Brake Operator or similar role. •Familiarity with Brake Press and Roll Forming machines. •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions. •Strong attention to detail and quality standards. •Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. •Programming experience is a plus, but not required. •Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
