Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring BLS, ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications.Job Details•Work in a Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital setting,•Patient care includes triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition (no post-partum),•Day shifts with 3x12 hour schedule from 7:00 to 19:00,•Rotating responsibilities throughout different areas of Labor and Delivery,•Uses Cerner EMR system; Cerner experience is preferred,•Must work at least one holiday (eve and day) during assignment,Job Requirements•Active RN license required; pending licenses accepted if active before start date,•Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required,•Hospital Labor and Delivery experience required,•Must reside more than 50 miles from facility; locals not accepted,•Ability to rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition areas,Additional Information•Responsibilities include patient assessment and care in all L&D phases except post-partum,•On-site drug screening required prior to assignment start,•Expect to work some holidays as part of the schedule,•References and certifications must be provided prior to assignment,•RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at time of application
