Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality components with tight tolerances for various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team.Job Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and adjust CNC Amada Laser to produce high-precision partsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsPerform machine adjustments and tool changes as necessary to maintain part qualityOperate the Amada Press Brake and form materialSetting a computer-controlled press brake to project specificationsEnsuring proper positioning and alignment of metal inside the press brakeMonitoring the pressing processMeasuring and inspecting the finished sheet metal to ensure it matches the specificationsConduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring toolsTroubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections to ensure product qualityMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standardsWork collaboratively with engineers and quality control teams to improve production efficiencyQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Laser operator in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in reading blueprints, GD&T, and machining specificationsA strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is a plus. Experience with multi-axis CNC machines preferredCheck and inspect finished partsAbility to remain upright and perform repetitive movements throughout most of a work shiftArithmetic skills to perform measurements and calculate settingsAbility to move heavy or large pieces of sheet metal from one place to anotherObservation skills to monitor the pressing process and inspect the metal after pressingKnowledge of health and safety regulations for the manufacturing industryAbility to perform precise measurements and quality inspectionsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWillingness to work in a fast-paced production settingWelding Stainless, TIG, and MIG experience would be a plusWhat we offer:32+ hours per week:4 10-Hour days - Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pmWage range DOE: $24.69 - $35 + 15% shift differential for the night shiftWe offer 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, and a boot allowance. 401(k) with up to 4% company match.Paid time off and holidays.
