HTS is now hiring Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants on an as needed, PRN basis at our partner retirement community in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The facility is nestled in the vibrant Eastown neighborhood and features a full continuum of care from skilled nursing and short-term rehab to assisted and independent living and proudly holds a 5-Star Rating from CMS.PRN with HTS is very flexible and requires very minimal commitment. Work only when your availability perfectly aligns with our staffing needs. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred as coverage is typically needed for vacations and other planned time off. At HTS, patient care always comes first.RequirementsApplicants must have active Michigan Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license, including graduation from an accredited physical therapist pr physical therapist assistant education program and subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam to obtain licensure or certification required by the state. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
