Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for day shifts with float requirements and a valid MA RN license in hand.Job Details•Position is in a 20-bed ICU at a hospital,•Patient ratio of 1:2 in the ICU,•Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts,•Float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) required as needed,•Weekends and holidays required as needed,•No on-call responsibilities,•Uses Meditech Expanse EMR; experience strongly preferred,Job Requirements•Active Massachusetts RN license in hand required; no exceptions,•Minimum 2 years of current critical care experience required,•Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (AHA),•Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required,•Willingness and ability to float to PCU required,•Must have own vehicle for reliable transportation,•Submission of work history, relevant skills checklist (current to 1 year), and one supervisory signed reference from past 2 years required for consideration,•Traveler must reside at least 50 miles from facility,•Perm address must be submitted with application,•BSN and TNCC preferred,Additional Information•Personal scrubs of any color are permitted,•No block scheduling options are available for this assignment,•Maximum of 5 days requested time off (RTO) will be considered and must be submitted at the time of application,•8 hours of non-billable orientation provided at start of assignment,•Holiday coverage is required as part of the role,•Travelers are expected to be flexible with floating and shift scheduling
