Job Description1st Shift Robotic Welder Job Skills & Qualifications •Previous robotic welding experience •Ability to pass a manual welding test •Ability to set up robot welding machines and interpret welding symbols •Proficient in the use of inspection tools: weld, undercut, thread, pin and height gauges and calipers •Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications •Must be able to pass a weld test. •Basic knowledge of the operation of robots. •Basic knowledge of blueprints. •Basic knowledge of Mig, and pulse welding. •Basic knowledge on how to set welder. •CNC experience required Essential Duties •Ability to be able to hand weld. •Ability to stand on concrete for 10 hours or more a day. •Ability to be able to learn and become proficient in blueprint reading. •Ability to follow control plans, and other work instructions (WPS) •Ability to lift, up to 60 pounds. •Ability to learn how to edit robot programs without help from programmers. •Ability to be able to meet productivity goals, while putting safety and quality first.Pay: $21.85 Shift: 1stHours: 6 am - 4:30 pm Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
