This pain management center features both a clinical setting and an outpatient surgery center located next door to each other. The facility offers comprehensive pain management services with state-of-the-art equipment for interventional procedures. The center maintains high standards of care and provides a collaborative work environment for pain medicine specialists.

Opportunity: LOCUM - Pain Medicine

This is a locum tenens opportunity for a Pain Medicine specialist with active fluoroscopy certification. The position offers consistent work with guaranteed hours in a well-established pain management practice.

Job Details:

  • Full-time Monday-Friday schedule (will consider one full-time provider or two providers working 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation)
  • Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime after 9 hours
  • Practice in both clinical and surgical settings (3 days in clinic, 2 days in surgery center)
  • Perform epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other interventional procedures
  • Typical patient volume of 12-15 encounters per shift
  • Must have California Fluoroscopy certification
  • Requires completion of Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency
  • Must have completed fellowship in Pain Management/Pain Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Must demonstrate current clinical competence with case logs showing at least 100 cases in previous 24 months
  • ACLS certification required
  • Board certification or board eligibility required
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
