If you're passionate about electronics and enjoy solving complex problems at the component level, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a hands-on environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Test various circuit board chassis to meet customer specificationsTroubleshoot and repair down to the component levelPerform adjustments, calibrations, and alignments on circuit boardsModify functionality of boards to meet specific performance requirementsSet up and operate standard test apparatus (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers)Analyze and interpret test data to ensure reliability and performanceDocument test procedures and resultsFabricate cables and connectors as needed for testing and repairSupport fabrication and assembly of chassis and related mechanical tasksCompensation and Benefits:Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills/Qualifications:Proven ability to troubleshoot circuit boards down to the component levelProficiency with test equipment: voltmeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, power supplies, signal generatorsStrong foundation in electronics, especially RF and digital electronicsAbility to read and interpret electronic schematicsSolid deductive reasoning and logical troubleshooting skillsSoldering experience and general mechanical aptitudeWillingness to perform a range of tasks and adapt to shifting prioritiesBackground in radio communications is a strong plusComfortable using mechanical tools for chassis assembly and cable fabricationApply NowReady to put your electronics expertise to work?
