There is a $1500 sign-on bonus for this position with the first $750 paid after the first 3 months of continuous employment and another $750 paid after 6 months of continuous employment.Job ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and productsPrefer candidate with stick, mig, and tig experienceUtilize handheld tools such as a handheld grinder, band saws, torchOperate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other welding hand toolsMaintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methodsPerform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standardsRework and/or repair welded parts and products according to engineering specification changePrioritize workflow through effective communication with management staffAssist in installation, set up, and maintenance of equipmentRead blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawingsOperate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasksMaintain the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of equipment and work areas by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulationsOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least 4 years of experience, preferredBasic reading skills and must be able to follow directionsAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problemHigh attention to detail and must be self-motivatedAbility to lift up to 40 poundsCompensationThe hourly pay rate is $25-$35/hrWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
