Job Description:

n

We are looking for General Laborers that are interested in learning the roofing trade. This is an amazing opportunity to start a life long career. You will be trained to perform the job, and training will be paid.

n

Responsibilities:

n
    n
  1. Installation: Install various types of roofing materials including EDPM, TPO, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
    2. n
  2. Repair: Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.
    3. n
  3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.
    4. n
  4. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
    5. n
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
    6. n
  6. Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.

Qualifications:

    n
  1. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction labor
    2. n
  2. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Must be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
    3. n
  3. License/Certification: Valid driver's license (preferred)
    4. n
  4. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
    5. n
  5. Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
    6. n
