nAbout the Role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be a key player in providing our customers with the trusted, dealership-quality experience they deserve. You’ll ensure every customer has a seamless and positive service experience, from their first interaction to the final handoff.
nKey Responsibilities:
nGreet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
nListen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and provide accurate service recommendations.
nPrepare estimates and clearly explain necessary repairs in a customer-friendly manner.
nCommunicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
nFollow up with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any questions.
nMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.
nHelp maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.

nWhat We’re Looking For:
nProven experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
nAbility to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
nBasic automotive knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
nFamiliarity with scheduling software and automotive repair systems is a bonus.
nA positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
