About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be a key player in providing our customers with the trusted, dealership-quality experience they deserve. You’ll ensure every customer has a seamless and positive service experience, from their first interaction to the final handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.

n

Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and provide accurate service recommendations.

n

Prepare estimates and clearly explain necessary repairs in a customer-friendly manner.

n

Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

n

Follow up with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any questions.

n

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.

n

Help maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.

n

Uphold Midas’ commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

n

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or in a similar role.

n

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

n

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

n

Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.

n

Familiarity with scheduling software and automotive repair systems is a bonus.

n

A positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
