The ideal candidate is a Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado with at least 15 years of experience in residential and commercial site design, drainage, roadway, water, and sewer engineering , as well as construction document preparation and post-design services. This role involves mentoring engineers, overseeing projects, and engaging with clients while contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead feasibility studies, planning assessments, and cost evaluations.
- Oversee daily coordination of urban development projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Review and refine shop drawings, field observations, and construction administration.
- Develop project proposals, scopes, budgets, and track execution.
- Ensure project completion aligns with client specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, implementation plans, and engineering reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and documentation.
- Conduct quality reviews of engineering plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Engage in business development, identifying new opportunities and leading proposal efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado.
- 15+ years of civil engineering experience in urban development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with project management tools such as OneNote.
