Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Pastry Cook to support our Food & Beverage department.
In this role you will:

- Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and hotel standards.
- Assist in the development of seasonal and special menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
- Monitor control of the pastry food stores and kitchen equipment and take inventory monthly of these items
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or relevant role in a high-volume kitchen or hotel environment
- Culinary or pastry degree/certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Creative flair and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Salary: $28.05 per hour
