Job Summary:
TheAccount Executivewill work with EVP, Sales & Marketing to develop sales leads through industry publications, client referrals, sales leads, Salesforce, and internet research. The Account Executive will focus on sales and marketing in their assigned market, which typically involves extensive database management, preparing documents for clients, support of the sales goals and lead generation through various industry sources. The Account Executive will also be responsible for negotiating, creating, and overseeing execution of sales contracts and RFPs.
Essential Responsibilities:
This floating position covers vacancies in territories nationwide as directed by management until the vacancy is filled. Standard expectations for the territory will apply while you are covering the vacancy, however, past territory performance, pipeline, and other challenges will be considered in your performance. The goal is to maintain a minimum of 75% of the territory expectations during the vacancy. The floating position will work to transition the territory to incoming Account Executive and may support training of incoming Account Executive for a period as directed by management.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Travel is expected up to 30% for client site visits. Depending on vacancy location, this could be up to twice a month for 3 to 4 days.
- Prospect and target new inspection/repair clients - direct and through channel partners.
- Sell customers on repair services post-inspection.
- Establish call plan: customer follow-up strategies/tactics following time and territory management tactics.
- Work seamlessly with operational and administrative teams.
- Provide input/report during weekly/monthly departmental activity meetings
- Manage sales database for business activity.
- Works the business hours for the time zone of the vacancy being covered.

- When you are not covering an assigned vacancy, you will assist with other projects and initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with training and supporting new or underperforming Account Executives
- Assisting with closing larger deals such as Total Compliance
- Assisting with new verticals, scopes, or business development items
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 - 4 years of proven successful sales experience selling in a high-volume market.
- Must be located within a 1-hour radius of a major airport.
- Experience selling to major facilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and/or ongoing projects.
- Ability to professionally interact with clients and staff, along with the ability to build relationships.
- Professional presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, clients, and staff.
- Maintain professional, timely communication with customers.
- Consistent focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Closing skills.
- Self-starter, excellent listener and completes tasks independently and efficiently and with limited direction.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
- Ability to learn all software systems used throughout the company.
- Territory management experience, prospecting skills, and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility: extended hours, nights and/or weekends must be covered as necessary in this role.
- Ability to travel and rent cars nationwide on a frequent basis.
- Bachelor's degree, or 3 - 5 years experience in a related field
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid DL
- Pass drug test and background check/MVR
- Willing to submit to any government or facility mandated vaccinations (Covid, flu, etc)
