Description:

We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Sales & Pricing Associate to join our in-office team full-time. This hybrid role blends customer-facing sales responsibilities with strategic corporate account management and pricing coordination.

What You’ll Do:

Inbound Phone Sales

n
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product questions, order placement, and general inquiries
n
• Convert leads into sales by providing a great customer experience and recommending the right solutions
n
• Navigate our order system to enter and manage transactions efficiently and accurately
n

Corporate & B2B Sales

n
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, handling custom orders, bulk inquiries, and ongoing account needs
n
• Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large and recurring orders
n
• Respond to new business inquiries and help drive growth in our B2B sales channel
n

Pricing Coordination

n
• Assist with pricing updates, margin analysis, and competitive benchmarking
n
• Work closely with leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with company goals
n
• Help manage discount programs, custom quotes, and special promotional offers
n

Physical Demands:

n
• Able to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift
n
• Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the duration of the shift
n
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
n
• Must be able to type 30 words per minute
n
