- Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000+ , plus lucrative bonus incentives

- Meeting with customers to assess needs and recommend air compressor systems and accessories
- Supporting technical planning by preparing quotes, layouts, and BOMs
- Overseeing system implementation, startup support, and customer onboarding
- Collaborating with internal teams on project delivery and technical troubleshooting
- Maintaining an organized pipeline and accurate activity reporting
We're Looking for Candidates With:
- Mandatory experience selling or servicing industrial air compressors or related rotating equipment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate solutions clearly
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel within territory, with occasional overnights as needed
- A self-starter mindset, great follow-through, and comfort in fast-paced environments
