nAt Hales AC / Right Away Home Services, we’re looking for a driven, organized, and relentless Sales Lead Coordinator (SLC) to generate and manage in-home sales leads for our Home Comfort Advisors (HCAs). This is a fast-paced, results-focused sales support role where your #1 priority is ensuring that each HCA has two qualified sales leads every day.
nYou’ll be the engine behind our sales team — proactively calling, nurturing, scheduling, confirming, and tracking HVAC sales leads across multiple locations. This role blends aggressive outbound calling, appointment setting, CRM tracking, and tight coordination with the dispatch and sales teams. nWhat You’ll Do
nGenerate 2 leads per day for every active HCA by making outbound calls, rehashing unsold leads, calling past service customers, and chasing down all inbound inquiries.
nSet qualified sales appointments using company-approved scripting and lead criteria (homeowner, all decision-makers present, 60–90 mins allotted).
nConfirm and dispatch leads — make sure appointments are confirmed with customers, assigned to the right HCA, and all parties are aligned.
nOwn the entire lead pipeline — track, nurture, and follow up on leads from start to close. You’ll make sure they’re correctly coded in the CRM, confirmed, and closed out properly.
nMine our existing database (Happy Checks, Modernize, Costco, past tune-ups, unsold quotes, etc.) to uncover fresh opportunities daily.
nCoordinate with management on daily/weekly sales targets, lead distribution, and marketing opportunities.
nGenerate and deliver daily reports on lead activity and results.
nCross-train our CCRs to manage these duties after hours and on weekends.
nSet leads using approved scripting.
nConfirm all lead appointments and ensure HCAs are scheduled and on track.
nMake outbound calls from Modernize, Costco, tune-ups, and service visits to generate more leads.
nTrack and report all lead activity daily.
nWhat We’re Looking For
nProven experience in outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation — preferably in HVAC, home services, or a call center environment.
nStrong closer mentality — someone who thrives on hitting daily targets and doesn’t shy away from a sales conversation.
nOrganized and detail-oriented — you’ll juggle multiple calendars, customer records, and lead statuses across several brands.
nOwnership mindset — we want someone who takes full responsibility for making sure every HCA has what they need to close deals.
nCRM and scheduling software savvy
nExcellent communicator — strong phone presence, written follow-ups, and team coordination.
