nnThey are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join the Land Development team . In this role, you will work to designing and manage a wide range of private development projects , including:
n- n
- Single-family and multi-family housing subdivisions n
- Commercial real estate developments n
- Industrial parks n
Additionally, this position involves project budgeting, client relationship management, quality control , and overall project management . You may also have the opportunity to mentor and manage Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff .
nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of private land projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. n
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance . n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. n
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. n
- Conduct field visits and inspections to assess project progress and site conditions. n
- Utilize AutoCAD (Civil 3D ) to prepare engineering designs and plans. n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success. n
Qualifications:
n- n
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PE). n
- 18 years of post-licensure experience in civil engineering and project management. n
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (). n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2019 or newer; Civil 3D ). n
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. n
- Experience in the design and preparation of engineering plans for land development projects. n
