Immediate opening for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer in Dallas, TX.nSummary:nA Sr. Mechanical Engineer  opportunity to design mechanical systems for exciting new construction and renovation projects, with a focus on the design of systems supporting mission-critical facilities. Projects will be multi-discipline, and the ability to adeptly coordinate with other disciplines is required.nJob Responsibilities:nnCollaborate with our clients to understand their needs, constraints, and criteria for success.nDevelop design solutions, weighing the benefits and risks of various options, and helping the client choose a path forward.nLead the project team in developing design documents (conceptual design, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, energy modeling, etc.)nCoordinate all design disciplines to ensure a comprehensive, code-compliant, and constructable design.nManage the client’s expectations throughout the design process.nCommunicate with colleagues, external consultants, and vendors to meet objectives and schedules.nServe as the Owner’s representative during construction (RFI response, Submittal review, Site inspections, etc.)nProvide mentorship to less experienced designers and engineers.nnRequired:nn7+ years of experience in the MEP industrynBachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)nProfessional Engineering License (highly preferred)nPrior experience using Revit preferrednnSalary:  $95-$120KnDuration:  PermanentnLocation:  Irving, TXnIf you are interested or would like more information on this position, please click the apply button or contact me directly at: or call me at (678) 802-6625nÂ
