Your role as a Financial Management Program Assistant

As a Full-Time Financial Management Program Assistant at Community Interface Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors associated with our financial management team. Your responsibilities will include responding to routine inquiries about account balances and payments, ensuring clear communication and support. You will be a part of a dynamic team, so at times you will collaborate with them on special projects and ensure each participant of our Financial Management Services receives top notch customer service.

You will have the opportunity to dive deep into direct financial services by facilitating purchases, processing payments, developing budgets, and maintaining client accounts.
