About the Opportunity:
nSaratech is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join its growing Marketing Team. The
nMarketing Coordinator will work with the Vice President of Marketing on executing marketing
nprograms and activities to support company sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will
nunderstand basic marketing principles and be willing to learn new concepts and software in
norder to execute their responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can complement our
nMarketing Team in the areas of marketing project management and execution. Our culture is

nSalary Range:
n• 55,000 - 70,000
nQualifications and Experience:
n• 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent work experience
n• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
n• 1-2 years professional experience desired but not required
n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, marketing automation, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
n• Good attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and follow-up ability is required
n• Strong project and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
nsimultaneously
nDuties and Responsibilities:
n• Coordinating multiple projects and events including seminars, webinars, and trade shows
n• Execution of campaigns from using existing marketing tools and systems
n• CRM data entry and management
n• Email marketing, testing, and reporting
n• Online branding activities such as website and social media updates
