About the Opportunity:

n

Saratech is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join its growing Marketing Team. The

n

Marketing Coordinator will work with the Vice President of Marketing on executing marketing

n

programs and activities to support company sales and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will

n

understand basic marketing principles and be willing to learn new concepts and software in

n

order to execute their responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can complement our

n

Marketing Team in the areas of marketing project management and execution. Our culture is

n

Salary Range:

n

• 55,000 - 70,000

n

Qualifications and Experience:

n

• 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent work experience

n

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

n

• 1-2 years professional experience desired but not required

n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

n

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, marketing automation, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus

n

• Good attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and follow-up ability is required

n

• Strong project and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

n

simultaneously

n

Duties and Responsibilities:

n

• Coordinating multiple projects and events including seminars, webinars, and trade shows

n

• Execution of campaigns from using existing marketing tools and systems

n

• CRM data entry and management

n

• Email marketing, testing, and reporting

n

• Online branding activities such as website and social media updates

n

customer and/or employee rights are protected

exempt employees receive an extra floater holiday per year.Paid Sick time: All full-time and part-time employees will receive 40 sick hours per year or minimum sick

time required by the state.
