Job Title: Project Manager - MEP

nnPosition Overview:
nWe are seeking a talented Project Manager - MEP to oversee large-scale, multi-phase mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction projects. This role focuses on managing mission-critical hyperscale data center developments while ensuring project milestones, profitability, and safety standards are achieved. You will lead all aspects of project management, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and mentor team members, making a tangible impact on the projects success.
nnKey Responsibilities:

- Manage single or multiple MEP construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and profitability. n
- Partner with field teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong working relationships. n
- Develop and oversee project plans, including schedules, reports, materials management, safety, and cash flow. n
- Utilize LEAN principles to optimize processes and ensure value delivery to clients. n
- Lead and mentor project engineers, fostering their growth within the organization. n
- Implement innovative construction techniques and prefabrication strategies. n
- Ensure compliance with financial targets, forecast budgets, and drive project accountability. n
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships to achieve mutual goals with all stakeholders. n
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. n
- 7-10+ years of experience managing MEP projects, preferably in data centers, federal, industrial, or healthcare environments. n
- Experience with Design/Build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a plus. n
- Proven knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and piping systems. n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills. n
- Familiarity with LEAN Construction tools is an advantage. n
