nMembership Sales
nGreet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
nCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
nFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
nAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
nCommunicate special events to members and guests
nMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
nFacilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
nMaintain professional disposition at all times
nSell retail products
nSchedule member services: tanning, etc
nFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
nKnow club facility, services, and schedules
nMaintain a clean and organized work area
nAssist in all projects as delegated by club management
nFollow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
nOpening and closing duties
