What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and execute dishes to spec during service
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with planning and prepping for upcoming shifts
- Communicate with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure a great guest experience
- Take direction well and help create a positive kitchen culture
What You Need for this Position
- All levels of experience welcome-training provided for the right fit
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Brings a friendly, positive , and enthusiastic attitude to every shift
- Professional, polite , and focused on both quality and customer service
- Strong attention to detail , with pride in presentation and consistency
- Organized , proactive , and able to manage prep and cook times efficiently
