ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative - Jenny Martin Insurance Agency, Inc. (Sales experience preferred). Seeking an energetic candidate interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish client relationships.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 440 or 220 License REQUIRED
• Proven track record of generating sales
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and non-verbal

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
