Key Responsibilities:
nAs a Service Advisor at C. Harper Auto Group, you’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and the service department, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service from start to finish.

- nCustomer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice. n
- nCustomer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. n
- nQuality Control: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all repairs and services meet high standards. n
- nCommunication: Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their service and address any questions. n
- nSales & Promotions: Maximize sales by promoting additional services and retail promotions. n
- nTechnician Oversight: Supervise technicians, manage time efficiently, order parts accurately, and ensure timely job completion. n
- nStandard Operating Procedures: Help develop and document procedures to enhance service consistency. n

Qualifications:

- nEducational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. n
- nDriver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. n
- nAccredited Training: Completion of training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control. n
- nExperience: Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with a deep understanding of automotive service processes. n
- nCommunication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills. n
- nTechnical Proficiency: Proficient in computer use and business machines, with effective multitasking abilities. n
- nCustomer Focus: Passion for providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships. n
- nAttention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. n
- nProblem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. n
