Job Responsibilities:
nConducts quality control inspections of in-process and pre-shipment products at local facilities.
nTests and measures finished products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, or assembly to verify adherence to functional specifications.
nReads dials and meters to verify functioning of equipment according to specifications.
nInspection duties include, but are not limited to: visual (workmanship) evaluation, functional testing as applicable (measurements, assembly, etc.), packaging & labeling verification, etc.
nProvides timely, detailed reports and photographic evidence of product, packaging, labeling, defects noted, etc.
nIndustry Experience:
nExperience with circuit boards, processors, chips, and electronic equipment
nExperience with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
nExperience with the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
nExperience as a quality inspector, or applicable manufacturing experience in specified industries (CQE preferred)
nExperience with ANSI Z1.4 sample size determination and AQLs (training available)
nAbility to lift at least 20lbs as necessary
nMust be able to use MS Word and Excel to submit documents and reports within the time specified (usually within 24 hours after job completion)
nAbility to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations
nAbility to maintain a positive, professional disposition when adapting to occasional disruptions and unexpected events
nFlexibility in scheduling
nTechnical Qualifications:
n5 years' experience as an Electronic Quality Inspector/ Engineer
nElectronics Engineering Science and Technology, Experienced and background on SMT / PCB industry
nJob type: 1099 contract
nProject Duration: 2 days per audit. (CURRENT PROJECT) NOTE: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies project to project.
nShift Hours: 8 hours per day NOTE: in a 1099 Contract, duration varies from project to project.
nAbility to commute to Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 (and other Wisconsin areas after current Project completion in future)
