Electrical Engineer

Selectek has partnered with a MEP Firm in the Dallas area looking for an Electrical Engineer. Ân•   BS Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience in MEPn•   Professional Engineer or EITÂn•   Perform engineering calculations and apply engineering principlesÂn•   AutoCAD and Revit drawingsÂn•   Write, edit, and produce the accompanying specifications for each client project with no supervisionÂn•   Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, addendums, and other construction documents as assigned for electrical-related items with no supervisionÂn•   Conduct field work and complete field reports on electrical-related items to verify design with no supervisionÂn•   Supervise and mentor interns, designers and EITs in the development of electrical systems for client projectsÂn•   Seal final contract documents as assignedÂn•   Expert knowledge of all required building codesÂn•   Expert knowledge of client design standardsÂn•   Proficient in lighting and lighting controlsÂn•   Proficient in fire alarm systemsÂn•   Proficient in power and power distribution systems, including emergency powerÂn•   Proficient in technology systemsÂn•   Ability to design and manage multiple projects from start to finish with no supervisionÂnJob order details:  They are looking for a Electrical Engineer that has an EIT or PE.  They work on colleges, University, and K-12. ÂnSponsorship: NonSalary range: $117,000 – $170,000n4 -5 years – $117,000 - $130,000n7-10 years - $131,000 - $160,000n10+ - $161,000 - $170,000nCompany Benefits: They get a week off at Christmas; 3 days at Thanksgiving and all the National Holidays.  They pay 100% of employee benefits and have a gym in the building. They have covered parking on site.
