What You'll Do:

• nDiagnose and Repair: Put your Ford expertise to work by diagnosing and repairing a wide range of Ford vehicles with accuracy and speed.n

• nDeliver Excellence: Provide exceptional service and communicate clearly with our customers to keep them informed and satisfied.n

• nStay Sharp: Utilize the latest Ford diagnostic tools and stay updated with new technologies and methods.n

What We’re Looking For:

• nFord Certification: You’ve got the credentials that make you stand out (e.g.,Ford Certification, Ford STARS).n

• nExperience: Proven track record as a Ford automotive technician, ideally in a high-volume setting.n

• nFord Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Ford vehicles and their systems.n
n
• nEnthusiasm: A can-do attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to top-quality service.n

• nTools and License: Own tools and a valid driver’s license.n
