Nautilus Pier 4 is hiring line cooks and prep cooks.
Pay rate of $23 to $29 /hr inclusive of a kitchen admin fee (4% of nightly sales)
Overtime available, flexible in times, paid time off.
Half of health insurance benefits are covered after the first two months of work.

The Nautilus Pier 4, located on the waterfront in the heart of Boston's Seaport district, is a scratch kitchen that prides itself on using the best quality seafood, produce and heritage meats. The kitchen was brand new at opening in April 2021, features top of the line equipment, and has 6 different stations from the wok to the rotisserie for cooks to learn and grow. The team is a family and has a lot of fun.
Candidates should be passionate about food and cooking, be able to read and follow recipes, take direction, work well on a team, and have a strong desire to learn. The ideal candidate would have an understanding of what it takes to execute high quality food in a high volume atmosphere. Someone who takes pride in what they do, and who brings their best to work everyday.
Nautilus Pier 4 is focused on providing an elevated experience for our guests. The restaurant has appeared on numerous best of Boston lists, and was called a best new restaurant in the world by Timeout magazine in 2021. We have 165 seats of indoor dining, plus another 60+ seats seasonally on our patio, as well as two indoor bars, one outdoor bar, a private event space, and open kitchen chef's bar seating. Nautilus Pier 4 is sister restaurants with The Nautilus in Nantucket, widely considered the best restaurant on island.

The Nautilus Pier 4 is a sister restaurant of Nantucket's The Nautilus which opened in 2014. The busy restaurant offers coastal leaning, Asian and Latin-inspired small plates and multi-person feasts, creative culinary inspired cocktails, an extensive beer and liquor collection, and an award-winning wine and sake list. We pride ourselves on being one of Boston's top restaurants and in helping our staff learn, grow, and in elevating their knowledge of food, beverage, service, and hospitality. The brand new restaurant (opened in April 2021) is state of the art, beautiful, spacious, and right on the water. The Nautilus Pier 4 is currently serving dinner 6 days/wk, but is looking to expand to a 7th dinner and to add lunch in the near future.
