nKey Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on commercial dishwashers, keeping leased equipment in optimal working condition. n
- Restock cleaning solutions and products at each visit, monitoring inventory to ensure clients have what they need. n
- Educate clients on our cleaning and disinfecting products, offering upsells that improve their overall service and sanitation experience. n
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records of service and sales. n
- Build and sustain positive client relationships, addressing any concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. n
- Communicate regularly with the team regarding client feedback, inventory, and service needs. n
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation every 4 weeks to provide reliable customer support. n
Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in route driving, customer service, or a similar role is . n
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable performing basic maintenance and minor repairs on commercial equipment. n
- Sales Skills: Background in sales or upselling is a plus, with the ability to identify client needs and suggest relevant products. n
- Independence: Ability to manage your route independently, delivering consistent and quality service. n
- On-Call Flexibility: Availability for an on-call rotation every 4 weeks. n
