Duties and Responsibilities:

- With guidance from senior engineers, the selected candidate will: n
- Design electromechanical systems, including the specification and procurement of motors, actuators, sensors, etc. n
- Design, adapt, and maintain laboratory data acquisition systems n
- Perform experiments and analyses on RF systems n
- Provide support on multidisciplinary engineering problems and projects n
Required Qualifications/Experience:
n- n
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related field) n
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 n
- Engineering Programming (Python, Matlab, C/C++, VBA, etc.) n
- PCB layout, circuit design, and soldering experience n
- Strong experience with microcontroller systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi etc.) n
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills n
- Hands-on experience in laboratory or testing environment n
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (due to the export-controlled nature of our work) n
- Available for a minimum of 40 hours a week n
- Must be currently located in (or able to relocate to) the Los Angeles area n
- Excellent written and communication skills n

- Electromechanical Systems Design n
- Power electronics and/or high voltage electronics n
- Space electronics engineering and vacuum electronics n
- Plasma Physics n
- Optics n
- CAD Design (Solidworks preferred, AutoCAD or NX acceptable) n
- Image Recognition and Computer Vision n
