Systems Engineer - Salary Range - $179K - $193K

RCT is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong experience in video production infrastructure , software, and networks to support its video production unit and associated teams. The candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, maintaining, and securing video production networks and systems used across the organization.

nKey Responsibilities: n

• Design, implement, and maintain video production networks and studio infrastructure.
n
• Support video production teams with equipment, software, and workflow configuration .
n
• Assess and validate video hardware and software requirements.
n
• Prepare technical proposals and obtain security approvals for new technologies.
n
• Perform operations, maintenance, and upgrades of video networks.
n
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security documentation .
n
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and accessibility standards.
n
• Collaborate with security teams to align procurements and implementations with security policies.
n

nRequired Experience: nn

n
• Expertise in video network infrastructure , broadcast workflows, and secure storage solutions.
n
• In-depth knowledge of video production software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, AfterEffects, etc.).
n
• Hands-on experience with studio hardware (cameras, lighting, audio gear, teleprompters, etc.).
n
• Skilled in secure processing of video content from acquisition to storage.
n
• Proven ability to procure , install, and secure video hardware/software in compliance with organizational policies.
n
• Capable of translating security requirements into technical solutions .
n
• Strong background in writing security plans for networks and studios.
n
• Experienced in adapting hardware for compatibility within secure environments.
n

nQualifications: nn

• Familiarity with standardized procurement systems .
n
• Experience developing video production workflows for creative teams.
n
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
n

nThis role requires a technically adept engineer with both IT/networking knowledge and a deep understanding of video production environments , especially in secure and regulated settings .
