Viviano Flower Shop is looking for friendly, courteous, efficient, and detail oriented Wedding and Event Delivery and Setup Representatives to help prep, deliver, and set up weddings and events!

Qualifications:

Delivery and Setup Representatives do not need to have prior floral experience to apply, though dependability and attention to detail are a must! A valid driver's license is required, along with a good driving record. Also, experience driving regular and/or extended cargo vans is helpful. Delivery and Setup Representatives must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds. In addition, they must be able to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a day, and walk up and down stairs frequently.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Package floral products and decorations for delivery.
n
• Complete necessary quality control checks.
n
• Deliver flowers and decorations for events. Decorate buildings, halls, churches, or other facilities where events are planned.
n
• Assist families/customers as needed.
n
• Prepare and complete all delivery reports as indicated by management.
n
• Pull, count, and clean rental items and other hard goods (props) that are returned from weddings and for future weddings.
n
• Inform manager of missing or broken rental items (props).
n
• Assist with regular inventory in the wedding department.
