We are currently seeking a full-time Field Engineer for our Alpharetta, Georgia office.
This position is responsible for implementing Audio Enhancement systems within the K-12 environment. This position will also assist in the quoting process, walking projects, performing site surveys, overseeing projects to completion, etc. It is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support as needed to customers during and after implementation. Successful candidates will be technically minded, have AV and Networking experience, and possess excellent work ethic and customer service skills.
Duties Include:
- Installation of servers and head-end hardware.
- Assist the Sales Engineering team with site surveys as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Identifying network related issues on customers networks involving Audio Enhancement products.
- Provide support in the field and complete commissioning projects.
- Significant overnight travel is required - at least 75%.
- Strong AV and networking knowledge.
- Strong communication skills to work with internal and external parties.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot over the phone, remote sessions, or email.
- Ability to work well as a member of a team, collaborating to find solutions.
- Significant overnight travel is required.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Drivers License.
Compensation
Hourly wage is negotiable depending on skill and experience. Benefits include outstanding work environment, opportunities for growth, medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO and matching 401(k).
