As an independently owned and operated franchisee of BurgerFi International, LLC, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team.
Summary of Position: As a Back of House Line Cook (Grill & Fry Station), you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals that satisfy our customers and comply with Health Department regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and grill menu items to perfection.
- Ensure the highest quality of products served.
- Consistently follow BurgerFi’s portion sizes, cooking procedures, and kitchen protocols.
- Maintain and stock food products at station levels.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards to exceed Health Department requirements.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with supply orders.
- Properly maintain and utilize kitchen equipment according to specifications.
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Back of House role is preferred.
- Willingness to be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift items up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Capability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours).
- Clear vision (with or without glasses) to read recipes, menus, and orders.
- Ability to discern temperature variations.
