- Master the Sales Process: Start in a direct sales role, engaging with prospective residents and their families through phone calls, home visits, events, and tours.
- Drive Occupancy Growth: Implement and refine sales and marketing strategies that achieve measurable goals.
- Lead & Develop the Team: Once trained, begin mentoring and guiding the sales team toward collective success.
- Influence Marketing Strategy: Partner with the Marketing Director to shape lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Track Sales Metrics: Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, conversions, and performance insights.
- Collaborate with Community Teams: Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations to support smooth move-ins and ongoing success.
