Your Role:
  • Personally contribute to a culture which delivers an exceptional patient              experience for every patient, every time. 
  • Helps ensure efficient operations by seeking patient referrals, maintainin            equipment, utilizing supplies cost effectively, and posting patient charges            accurately. 
  • Follows CDC and OSHA guidelines for safety and infection control.
  • Completes all clinical notes according to practice guidelines before                    dismissing patient.
  • Prepares treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures          and protocols. Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering                    instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist's access;        suctioning; and passing instruments. Other duties as needed. 
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational          workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal                networks, and participating in professional societies. 
  • Places and finishes permanent restorations, complete preliminary                      Impressions, make and polish temporary crowns, removal of temporary              crowns  and fitting of permanent crowns and bridges, adjusting occlusions          and  interproximal, application of sealants and adjustment of partials and           dentures.  
What We Are Looking for:
  • Certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) (Preferred)
  •  Current CPR/BLS certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
