Events Marketer

We're building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. We're backed by YCombinator, General Catalyst, and a16z and have over 500 B2B companies trusting Pylon to power their customer support and success.
This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options.
What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution for all of Pylon's in-person and virtual events
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build pipeline and brand visibility
• Ideate and execute creative, memorable event experiences that differentiate Pylon in the CX space and generate buzz within the community
• Setup weekly private dinners for CX leaders
• Organize monthly in-person meetups for folks that work in customer support, success, and related roles (CS San Francisco Monthly Meetups are a great adjacent example of this)
• Host webinars with CX leaders
• Help us put together the first Pylon conference
• Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with event attendees through post-event follow-up and community building

What we are looking for

• 3+ years experience in B2B events marketing
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through event strategy and execution
• You're creative, organized, scrappy, and biased toward action
• You are a people person and like building relationships
• Ability to frequently travel for on-site event coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
