- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, etc.).
- Communication: Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
- Business Acumen: Business development acumen is a strong plus.

- Expertly oversee and manage multidisciplinary project teams, meticulously handling schedules, budgets, and critical deliverables.
- Provide invaluable technical mentorship and insightful guidance to our talented engineering staff.

Compensation:
$140,000-$170,000 per year
