- Job Summary: The Snack-bar Cook (Midway on the Green) is responsible for preparing and cooking all items as they appear on the menu and promoting the daily specials. n

- Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items. n
- Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed. n
- Has complete knowledge of all items on menu and daily specials, how to cook, plate presentations and portion size. n
- Preparation of daily soups of the day. n
- Notifies Master Chef or Sous Chef’s of expected product shortages. n
- Prepare items as assigned on daily production board. n
- Return unused food products to proper storage areas. n
- Keeps mise en place carts in clean and organized way at all times. n
- Has food ready for taste panels on time. n
- Keeps walk-in cooler, shelf and reach-in cooler clean and organized at all times. n
