We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in accordance with our menu and food safety standards. nResponsibilities
n- Prepare and cook grilled dishes, chicken, steak, and fish kabobs
n- Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored, handled, and prepared
n- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
n- Monitor grill temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper cooking
n- Clean and maintain the grill station before, during, and after each shift
n- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service
n- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
nExperience
n- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role preferred
n- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
n- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including grills and knives
n- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
n- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
